As we understand it, Rain was the most requested Consolatory Train performer during 2012, and he did his level best to make sure he appeared wherever his fellow soldiers asked him to be. Their morale was uppermost in his mind. We doubt this year is any different. 
Despite what netizens would have you believe, PR/celebrity soldiers ARE important to the troops, even more so because should an enemy come charging over the hill, they would pick up a weapon and defend their countrymen to the death just like every other soldier. So marinate on that, will ya. ^@@^
