R2B: Return to Base has touched down on tarmacs in South Korea, the U.S. and Canada, and is on its way around the world. It has premiered in Vietnam and Thailand; now China, Singapore, and Malaysia are set for October. History has been made—be a part of it!

As of this moment, 5980 yellow ribbons for Rain have been added to Twitter and Facebook icons everywhere. SONG OF THE WEEK: “Instead of Saying Goodbye (Annyeongiran Maldaeshin) 안녕이란 말 대신”, Track 7 on Rain’s debut album n001 (2002). And what better way to present it than with this fan made video of footage from one of his very first acting projects, SBS sitcom Orange (2002). (He made SBS show King of Disco and KBS2′s Run Ma Ma that year, as well.) Baby Bi was just that—barely 20 years old internationally. Do you recognize his Orange love interest? Actress Han EunJeong would go on to play another love interest in 2004—”Kang HyeWon” in Full House, Song HyeKyo’s rival for Rain’s character “Lee YoungJae.” Small world.

And let’s also zoom forward to September 2010, with our veteran mega-star toned and tanned in front of 20,000 at the Manila Intensity show, right in the middle of running and running during The Fugitive: Plan B filming in the Philippines.
